HOW RESTAURANT APP WORKS

REGISTER

1. Tap Register
2. Enter your own information on the Registration page.
3. Make sure to read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy.
4. Tap Register button
5. Personnel from Hurley's will reach out to you regarding the next steps.

ENABLE/DISABLE ACCEPTING OF ORDERS

1. Login to the Restaurant app
2. At the bottom of the screen, there's a switch to turn-on or turn-off the ability of the restaurant to accept orders.
   
   When turned OFF, your Restaurant will say that it's not accepting orders in the customer's app even though your store is open. When ON, customer will your app available and they will be able to order from you.
   

FOOD ITEMS MANAGEMENT

If you have a dish that is not available at the moment, you have a complete control of it. Just follow the instructions below.

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Select Menu Items
3. Toggle ON or OFF to set each item's availability
4. Customer's application will update right away

ORDERS MANAGEMENT

New orders will show up the app's Home screen and will also send you a notification and sound alert.

1. When you get a new order, just click the item for the new order
2. See details of the order
3. Tap Confirm to accept the order. It will automatically update customer's application right away.
4. Tap Order Prepared 
5. Complete Order when order has already been picked up by the customer

UPDATING ORDERS

1. Once the order has arrived, you will hear a notification sound and notification for the new incoming order.
2. Tap the new order and CONFIRM it. You have the option to call the customer by tapping the Call button located at the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. Once confirmed, it will go to the Processing tab.
4. Once the order is in the processing tab, tap Order Prepared to move the order to the Dispatched tab.
5. Once the order is in Dispatched tab, tap Order Complete.

STORE SETTINGS

Ability to edit and update Restaurant setting is also available on the app. Your store setting will automatically update across the app right away.

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Tap Eatery Settings
3. Update the necessary setting
4. Tap Save

UPDATE BUSINESS HOURS

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Tap Eatery Settings
3. Tap Set Business Hours
4. Update according to your business operation hours
5. Tap Save

EDIT PROFILE

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Profile
3. Tap the 3 dots (⋮) on the upper right corner of the page
4. Tap Edit Profile
5. Edit Profile and update your own information
6. Make sure to tap "UPDATE INFORMATION" to save changes​​

ORDER STATISTICS

1. See Order Statistics by tapping  ☰ icon
2. Order Statistics
   
3. Tap the Year dropdown to filter order statistics results
   

CHANGE PASSWORD

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Profile
3. Tap the 3 dots (⋮) on the upper right corner of the page
4. Tap Change Password
5. Re-type your current password and enter new password
6. Tap "OK" to save
