HOW TO USE HURLEY'S CUSTOMER LOYALTY APP

SIGN UP

1. Tap the ☰ icon
   
2. Log in/Sign up
   
3. At the bottom of the login screen, tap "Don't have an account?"
4. Enter your own information on the Sign up page. You also have an option to sign up using your Facebook account or Google account by tapping the appropriate icons above.
5. Make sure to read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Condition.
6. Tap Register

CHANGE PASSWORD

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Profile
3. Tap the 3 dots (⋮) on the upper right corner of the page
4. Tap Change Password
5. Re-type your current password and enter new password
6. Tap "OK" to save

UPDATE PROFILE

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Profile
3. Tap the picture icon to upload your Profile picture
4. To Edit your profile information, tap the 3 dots (⋮) on the upper right corner of the page
5. Edit Profile and update your own information
6. Make sure to tap "UPDATE INFORMATION" to save changes​

LOYALTY CARD NUMBER

There are lots of ways to access your Loyalty card number inside the app.

1. Tap the Card icon at the bottom menu
2. From the side menu, navigate to "Scan Card"
3. From "Your Offers" page, Tap the "Scan Card" 

HOW TO ORDER

1. Navigate to Eatery icon at the bottom menu
2. Find a Restaurant to order from
3. Select food items you want to order. Tap Add
4. When order is final, at the bottom of the screen, tap View Cart
5. Review your order before clicking SUBMIT
6. Tap Check Your Order button to check status of your order

PREVIOUS ORDERS

There are lots of ways to access your Loyalty card number inside the app

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Select Eatery Orders
3. View Details
4. To reorder, just tap the REORDER button and it will automatically fill-in your cart
5. Finalize your order. Make necessary changes if needed, then tap the CHECKOUT button
6. Tap CHECK YOUR ORDER button to see status of your order

YOUR OFFERS

All Special Offers and promotions comes up to your home page or "Your Offers" page. They also shows up as notification in the background so you can take action right away.

ACCOUNT PAGE

All info related to your account is available in the ACCOUNT page.
​The following info can be seen:

• Current Points and Redeemable Value
• Loyalty Card Number
• View and Update your Profile picture
• View and Update your account information
• Change Password
• Shortcut to Eatery page to make orders
• Shortcut to Shop Online

SHOP ONLINE

Go ahead and shop online by tapping the SHOP ONLINE button at the bottom menu. No need to use a computer to shop on the website, all are accessible through the app.

FORGOT PASSWORD

1. Tap the ☰ icon
2. Log in/Sign up
3. Tap "FORGOT PASSWORD?"
4. Enter the email address you've registered to Hurley's
5. Open your email and get the One-time Password (OTP) to reset your password
6. On the app, enter OTP and your new password
7. Submit
8. Login with your new password
