On the Web Dashboard, Navigate Eatery then click Add Eatery.
Enter your Eatery information.
Click Add Eatery to save eatery information..
On the View/Edit Documents column, click the icon on it.
Upload your menu images, health certificate & score, and merchant sign-up sheet. Once done, click Close.
On the Action column, select Make Active to make your eatery visible on Hurley's Customer app.
SETTING UP CUISINE
On Web Dashboard, Navigate Eatery Items > Cuisine
Click Add Cuisine
Enter the name of your cuisine then click Add Service Category
You can now use the cuisine as Eatery Item Types when adding/edit Eatery
SETTING UP FOOD CATEGORIES
On Web Dashboard, Navigate Eatery Items > Item Category.
Click Add Item Category.
Select the Eatery to apply the item category.
Enter the name of your item category.
Click Add Item Category to save the information.
On your new Item Category Items column, click View.
Click Add Item to enter your menu.
Enter your menu information.
Click Add Menu Item to save menu information.
Customers can now see the newly added Item Category with a new menu.
ADDING FOOD ITEMS
1. Find the EATERY where you want to add a new food item 2. Find the correct category to add the item 3. Click the ADD ITEM button 4. Enter the necessary information about the food and upload picture 5. It will then show up on the apps right away
UPDATING ORDER STATUS
On Web Dashboard, Navigate Orders > Processing
Locate the order you want to prepare.
Click Order Prepared.
All mobile application will update the status right away
On Web Dashboard, Navigate Orders -> Processing.
Locate the order you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Order.
Enter your Cancellation Reason and Cancellation Charges.
Click Cancel Order
Notification > Offers
Enter Title of the offer, message, and points for that offer
